Daraz EMI is a service that allows you to purchase items through a deferred payment plan using your credit card. The full outstanding payment will be blocked on your account until the instalments have been completed. The blocked amount will also be visible on your statement.

EMI does not have any mark-up, down payment or any other hidden cost attached to it.

Daraz 0% EMI is available on all Daraz products, subject to
i) the product paid price must be BDT 10,000/- or more
ii) 0% EMI is applicable on each individual products, not on total cart value. You can use the EMI Calculator to see your monthly repayments. Once a purchase is completed through using Credit Card, just call Daraz customer Care number to inform that you want to take EMI facility for your order. After successful product delivery Daraz team will send a rider with required bank EMI form to get it filled up by the cardholder. It will take up to 7-10 working days for the installment to reflect on your credit card statement.

Yes, in case of return, your money will be reversed on your credit card within 12-15 working days. There are no charges for this reversal and it will be reflected on your subsequent statement. Please note, reversals on your credit card is the only refund payment method available for items purchased using Daraz 0% EMI and subsequently returned or canceled.

Unfortunately, only full cart values can be converted into an EMI plan.

Unfortunately, Daraz 0% EMI plan is only available for certain bank partners for now. As soon as Daraz offers 0% EMI for other Banks; it will get updated it in the website.

Please call the Bank’s helpline to escalate the matter. If you have been charged any financial fees due to this, they will be reversed in your subsequent statement.

Following are the Terms & Conditions applicable on Easy Monthly Installment plan and are to be read along with the Credit Card Terms and Conditions:

1. Minimum purchase amount for each transaction should be BDT 10,000/- to avail an Easy Monthly Installment.

2. Easy Monthly Installment orders can only contain 1 (one) item. For avoidance of doubt, Easy Monthly Installment is applicable on individual product, not on total cart value.

3. You can checkout only if your credit limit is equal to or greater than the price of the product.

4. Only customers opting for Easy Monthly Installment on Daraz checkout page are eligible for this option. Furthermore, Easy Monthly Installment is only available with Daraz’s Easy Monthly Installment Partners.

5. Easy Monthly Installment is available at 0% mark-up for a tenure of 3 and 6 months.

6. The conversion of purchase to Easy Monthly Installments may take up to 7 (seven) working days.

7. Purchase on Daraz to be made at least 3 (three) working days before the next credit card statement is generated to ensure the transaction reflects in that statement. For example, your statement date is October 24, 2019, then, the purchase should be made before October 21, 2019.

8. If you make a purchase within the 3 days period as mentioned in the paragraph no. 3 or after the statement date, then, the transaction will reflect in the next month’s statement.

9. The Bank providing Easy Month Installment service is not acting as corporate agent/distributor of third party products/services and shall not be responsible in any manner to any person or to any claim.

11. In case of order cancellations by Daraz, the installment plan will be cancelled and no pre-payment charges will apply.

12. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Terms and Conditions and Credit Card terms and conditions, Daraz reserves unconditional and unequivocal right to reject, refuse, delay, object to provide Easy Monthly Installment facility to any customer for any product, even after complying with the all the above-mentioned requirements, without citing or stating any reason.
